Ordering from Gold Reef City-Mint is safe and secure. When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second email from us at some point to notify you as soon as your order has been shipped. This second email should include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery.
All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the day that we receive them, if in stock.
Orders submitted on a weekend
Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you do not receive a second email from us within 2 business days confirming shipment of your order.
Delivery to P.O. box
Our courier service provides “door-to-door” service and does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide us with your work address if you would like your order delivered to your office.
Item not in stock
If the order is no longer in stock, you will be notified within one business day and be given the opportunity to either backorder or cancel.
How do I cancel an order?
If you have received an order confirmation from us via email, you can click on the link enclosed in the email you received. The link should take you to your online receipt which provides you with a “cancel” button. Click on the “cancel” button on your online receipt to cancel your order. Please note that you cannot cancel an order once you have received a “shipped” notification. You will need to read our “Return Policy” in this case.
